AkasicDB Community Edition is a limited-period trial version provided for product evaluation, learning, and testing purposes. This software is not open source and may be used only within the permitted scope.

Restrictions¶

The following activities are not permitted:

Using the software to operate commercial services or paid products
Selling, renting, distributing, or relicensing the software
Circumventing license restrictions, usage period limits, or security features
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or analyzing the internal structure of the software
Using the software to develop competing products or similar services
Removing or modifying copyright, trademark, or license notices

Terms of Use¶

AkasicDB Community Edition may be used for the period separately specified by GraphAI, starting from the license issuance date or the first date of use.
When the permitted use period ends, you must stop using the software.

Open Source Notice¶

This software is not open source.
However, some open-source components included in the software are governed by the license terms of their respective components.

Warranty and Liability¶

AkasicDB Community Edition is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, including but not limited to technical support, updates, bug fixes, or fitness for a particular purpose.
